Jonathan Burt, LMT
New Mexico has been my home for over two decades since moving from Vermont in 2003. My journey into bodywork began after years of struggling with migraines and chronic pain. In 2015, after exhausting conventional solutions, I was introduced to craniosacral therapy. Though skeptical at first, the experience was life-changing—it worked so well that I felt called to learn more. In 2019, I took my first bodywork class, marking the start of my healing career.
I specialize in an intuitive, holistic approach, integrating craniosacral therapy, Reiki, and other healing modalities to help clients find relief from chronic pain, stress, and energetic imbalances. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist in August 2024, I’ve worked closely with clients to support their healing journeys, blending bodywork with energy work to create a deeply restorative experience.
Beyond hands-on healing, my partner and I host sound bath events where I incorporate instruments like the didgeridoo, flute, drum, and voice. I also love playing music, spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, and embracing my yogic lifestyle. Serving my community through healing work has been the most fulfilling path I’ve ever walked, and I’m honored to continue this journey with the incredible team at Red Root.
